No worries take me out the list then, but let it be noted I did not pull out at the last minute, but due to the fact I am on an XTX with 90% road orientated tyres I fully understand I am not really equiped for the day.

Have a good weekend all. Look forward to the photos.

Try TKCs on it - see below - yeah I know it's a rear tyre on the front but...

No they wont do ,they are either metzler tourance or michelin sirac's .The minimum i would recommend would be a tkc80 or similar .

I am not trying to put anyone off as it the lanes are not that hard if you have the right equipment ,you will have a very hard time on road going tyres as they wont grip in the mud or grass and your day will be ruined ,i would prefer if you had the right tyres on and enjoyed the day more as it is quite a drive down here for some of you

There is room for three or four more riders.....those of you who have had to drop out because of the stringent tyre regulations, maybe you could have a re-think, and get some tyres put on?

For those who wish, you are welcome to stay over on the Saturday night....

This is most of the route you will be doing ,there is a TTR 600 a few XR 600 and a transalp ,they all enjoyed because they had some sort on knobbly tyres on ,the streams arent deep so dont worry and this was after a few days of heavy rain
