I see. Well then there's no point in blocking the AIS... :) :109:
BTW can U tell me what bore you have on your LV baffles? Thanks. As my cans are from a Hornet I want to know if they are the same bore w. baffles.

Cheers,

Awesome and inspirational John. It's going to be interesting to see what else you do. I hardly recognise the bike already! Are you keeping the 'Tuareg' bag, or are you modding that too! lol. Bloody architects, always changing things!!

Love the exhaust fabrication! Can you post a video, I really want to hear it. I'm thinking trying to have someone fabricate a single FMF Honda TRX 700 can to my XTR... Just have to sort out what to for a header.

Thanks guys!

No need to mod the Tuareg Mike, is perfect as it is. I have some other mods on the way soon.

I'll post a video in a few days. My DSLR is pretty old and it doesn't have video function but we're thinking on investing in a 2009-2010 model that has full HD features for the big adventure trip.

Keep you guys posted,
Cheers,

I just measured the exit holes (without dB-killers), they are 52mm in diameter.

Thanks man, please can you send me a picture of the original LV baffle and measure the bore on both sides? The cans are for sure identical in bore (50mm) with different length sizes 370mm for my SBK GPstyle and ~480mm your SBK Ovale. Thanks in advance.

Cheers,

I will try to measure and take a photo tomorrow.

The narrow tube of the dB-killer is 35mm.
Total length is around 150mm, but is has a curve into it.
Will post the picture later.
