Hepco and Becker Journey Panniers

I've finally got around to putting my Journey Panniers (ex Buell Ulysses) onto my Tenere, as my pannier rails have arrived.
They fit well, although they are quite wide at 41 inches. I also know from experience that these are 100% water-tight and really spacious. They may not look as cool as aluminium boxes, but as I had them already it seemed a shame not to use them. I could always get a set of H & B aluminium boxes to fit if I ever get that trip to North Africa...!
p.s. Bassett Hound visible in pics is optional!

I reckon with the right tyres you could get across the Chanel with them -

They are huge!

Nice reg too.

I went for the dog too, but just can't find the fitting instructions - do you think there's a OEM Yamaha dog out there somewhere (on another thread maybe)????

Should we have a 'Guess the caption comp' ?

I'll go with....." That rear Tourance looks like a great place to have a slash !"

Nick.
