I'm a bit biased, what with having a DR-Z400E that I'm currently using to act as a mobile chicane at TBEC rounds

I agree about the seat though, my E is uncomfortable after 10 miles, and even the S that I borrowed for the HUMM last year gave me plenty of incentive to ride standing up . But I'm pretty sure, given the extent of the aftermarket for those bikes, that someone somewhere makes a more copiously padded replacement.

I'm also trying to picture what a 28l tank would look like on one of those, surely it must hang down to the floor on both sides of the engine .

Yep, it's pretty chunky...



But couldn't make the bike any more ugly! x

I like the idea of 'protecting' the radiators with a few gallons of highly flammable liquid

Unless you consider the 43l tank for the DR-Z which OTR list on their website...
