Gear Indicator
Sorry if this has been asked before, but I want to get a gear indicator for my bike. My father has one on his DL and it looks really good!

Yes some one has fitted 1 on the xt do a search they even posted where all the wires have to go.

I have done a search on this forum, couldn't find it. So I want to fit one as well, how whell do they work on the XT. I have read that on some bikes, the indication of gear takes a while, cause of few pulses per minute sent by the computor or what ever. How quick does it indicate on the xt?
Do I have to cut wires, or can I just tap the signal cleanly at some junction/connectors? |

Problem is, the stickers wont ever get to south africa
 no seriously, apparently I can only pay for supporters club via paypal, but I have given up on the battle to register with them. And no other payment method is available.
