Would you like Adjustable levers like Pazzo/CRG's ?
http://cyclecontrol.com/
Guys, The guys on the above site sorted a deal for Superduke/KTM owners, going from scratch to design and supply of levers seen on there. They are $200 a pair ($13 postage) Although i don't know if they will make both sides, i think DEFFO i can persuade them to make a set of adjustable brake levers. So lets assume approx $99. Look like this fitted. ![]() If i can get a chunk of people interested, i can speak to the guy and ask about knocking them out. Anyone fancy lovely adjustable levers? |

Bit suprised by the lack of takeup on this.
I've spoken to the guy and he's happy to design and supply these levers, but i do need to ship him one to the US to get this moving. Obviously if i'm the only one interested it's not really worth his while. |

I'm interested, but can't afford those prices I'm afraid. Thanks for the effort though

Dear weeksy, when you asked me if it was ok to advertise this I didn't want to discourage you, but I did have a feeling the response would have been like that.
Not a lot of people, and we can't blame them in these economic climates, are willing to overspend on bling, there are a very small percentage of those who are prepared for that, others would rather spend their pocket money on items which makes the bike quicker, such as filters, cans, PCIII etc. I give you the example of Worry Brother and his tail didy project and also his DNA Stage 2 filter covers project, they make the bike pretty but making these he was not breaking even because of the low percentage of demand versus initial investement in the material purchased necessary to make these "bling bits" Another good example is Kev'sFork Spacers they are made of high grade billet alluminium, lazer cut to Kev's exact requirements and are made by a workshop which charges him a lot of money, if he doesn't sell 1 single set he is at a loss. It's a very sad state of affairs I am afraid. |

weesky,
why bother when you can get ISR or AVG (160 a pair max) that are exactly the same and cheaper mate?? Just a thought, not trying to burst your bubble with this idea?? WB |

The ISR levers are still at the top of my shopping list. They are simply a work of art. But they're about 250 for the radial MC aren't they? And about 100 for the matching cable clutch lever?

I wasn't aware you could mate, i've not found any adjustable levers on my searches, if i had, they'd be fitted to my bike now.

According to website, using Yahoo currency converter, a compatible MC radial with reservoir is 237 at the moment, plus postage, probably plus brake light switch, then fluid.... and of course postage and potentially VAT. Must take it to the best part of 300

A better option would be to order from here. OWner is a good mate of a bloke who's picking up an XT660R today actually.
http://www.p3unlimited.com/master_cylinders_front.htm On there you're looking 170 which is far better of course....but again, still a LOT of cash. Using the company i was talking to, you could easily be looking at 100 all in for the lever including postage... It's not an MC replacement i accept.... but it's also not MC replacement money ![]() |
