I used a kappa tank bag on my trip last year. It was bigger than what you need it for. You wont get a map pocket if you want something that small though...

*A lot cheaper than off-the-wallet-range too, mine was €40

I just got the bag captmoto linked you to from another forum member (fostersmonster) just got it today and it looks the biss. Cant wait to try it out. Good thing is its got proper straps for the base as the tank is nearly fully covered in the plastic covers meaning magnetic tank bags will not work + the base has a hole in it for the fuel cap. Looks quite tough as if it could with stand a good beating.

Only thing that isnt too good is its not a back pack as its only got a full sling type over the shoulder strap and not a proper backpack style 2 straps. But thats nit picking.

I only paid 35 for mine from FM but im not too sure if i would have went for it at full retail price. (Also he throw in a nice wee gift of a rental cross bar cover.

I use the Gericke 'Tuareg' bag. Fits well and you can make it bigger and smaller as you need it. It is magnetic but the little ******s can be removed easily. The shape also fits more domed tanks.
