We can all use a heads up with either your praise or recommendations to avoid certain business (I see a dark cloud over the OTR shop already )

There will be 2 different sub forums, one called the Hall of Fame the other The Hall of Shame, in which your detailed experiences will be posted from time to time with your good or bad points.
