Dynojet LCD display

Well the parcel arrived safely today from the UK.

I had it installed & ready to run in 15 min.

I have only temporary mounted it on my bar pad as I get my new bike 11 days time. It's features are.

1> You can swop over maps while the bike is running. You can adjust the fuelling while riding, I like that part.

2> You can not get into the LCD display when the bike is not running so all adjustments are done with the motor running. Or the USB cable is inserted into the LCD display from your PC

3> You can set the revcounter to any range & adjust the yellow & red zones. It has a analog & digital revcounter reading at the same time.

4> You can only set the TPS when a 9V battery is installed into the Power Commander or the USB cable from your PC. The adjustment can now be done at the LCD display.

5> The speedo feature does not work, as our engine ECU's do not receive a road speed signal. Not to worry as the speedo is only in MPH & can not be set KPH.

6> TPS display, is very handy running it against the rev counter, makes it easy to play with the fuel map if you have a problem in specific map range.

7> There is also a record function, that will record your Dyno run or just a general ride to town. It has a play back feature that shows fuelling amount,TPS positions, rev counter, duty cycle. I did a short run to the shops & then played back my ride on the display it was quite interesting to see how I rode, in what rev range & what throttle openings.

I did swop maps on the run & it worked perfectly, I even adjusted the fueling on one of the fuel maps to see if it was working. It is a little hard to see in bright sun light but still visible. I think I will have a bit of fun with this new LCD display.

If you are looking for one, Contact Simon in the New Year at Carbon Can company, I'm sure he will give you a good deal.
