Front brake lever

Has anyone tried to fit an adjustable front brake lever to their xt , as i find the standard one has no real feel to it and if you have small hands the lever feels a long way away fron the bars.
Being used to off road bikes which have a dog leg lever im wondering if there might be a lever which would fit the xt and clear the control pod on the handle bar or would the whole brake master clyinder need to be changed. Thanx

Any sugestions

ONE WHEELS ENOUGH !!

It seems that they burnt down... So I guess http://www.redracingparts.com/en/eng...Tenere2004.php is now the cheapest way to get an adjustable lever on the XTX. If anyone has a good idea how to get a cheaper solution, it seems that there would be quite a lot of demand for this.

I just wonder why no-one makes simple adjustable one for XTX as they have for XTZ, it's just 24 or so and it would do just fine. I really don't want to shell out 100 for a handle that I'm more than likely to break eventually.

Here you have some more threads. I bought these really cheap from ebay. If I remember right it was something like 30 GBP, postage included.

Changing the levers is fine, but it won't get you away from the bargain basement Yamaha master cylinder, hence the photos.
