I bought a stage II and a cleaning/re-oiling kit for 55 postage inc. in July this year.

To get yer baffles out - how good are you at blow jobs?

When yer bashed it in yer probly 'expanded' the baffle inside the outer casing so it could be veerrrry difficult to persuade it out again. Bit like having a baby so I'm told - the orifice has to accommodate a big head shoving through it. brings tears to yer goldens.

You could try removing the cans and 'pushing' with a suitable long bar against a screw/bolt in the muzzle end - not the inside end or you'll 'expand' them even more.
