Need help with wiring!!

Ive just bought a nice rear light for my bike , so far so good, chopped the ugly existing light of , fitted the new one and bingo, theres always something!
The wires ive got on my new light are; Red,black and black with a strip.
In that order are they; live, negative and earth.
The existing wires are ; yellow, blue and black.
In that order what are they????

Tried to get info from manual but it wont let me in. Can you help. i wont 2 get this done tonight. Thanks. tony

Tony I sent you a pm to access the manual, but I am dangerous with electrics so until Kev responds have a good read through the manual

Thanks for that capt, the wiring part was abit of a mine field, but got there in the end. Just connected the wiring and the light came on. Hopefully when the wheel is back on the brake light will work. Thanks again.
