hi. just about to pick up a xt660z 11 plate. have been thinking about getting one for a while as i had a xt550 many years ago. the bike is immaculate with only 13 k miles on it plus a load of goodies on. NO ENGINE MODS I CAN SEE. i intend using this bike for solo stuff including light trail riding, exploring the backroads of northumberland and cumbria plus trips to the clsssic tt each year. i am also an IAM OBSERVER/ TRAINER so intend using the bike for that too! i do have another bike which i tour europe on 2 up but this little beauty is just for me. i sm keen to ride it and get going. will explore this forum. shame it is closing down in 12 months but i am sure all you luvly xt owners will help in the meantime!
