Handlebar Gauntlets
Hi all,
I fitted some Oxford Hotgrips last week which are great but didn�t quite cut the mustard the other night riding home in -2 C. Thumbs were frozen as I�m 1/2hr at motorway speeds.
I had some marine canvas and foam backed material left over from another project so whipped up a set of these. Had a test run yesterday and am pleased to say they work really well. With the grips on 75% my hands were toasty warm.
I was considering bark busters but have had these on other bikes and still got cold hands.
One strip of Velcro and they can slide off when not required.
