Handlebar bushings weak

Hello all,
I high-sided my Ten today when practicing brake slides.

When I picked her up I noticed my handlebars were not aligned with the tripleclamp anymore.

So I locked my front wheel against a tree and bend them straight, however this was pretty easy to do...

Am I correct in saying that the handlebar screws which connect to the tripleclamp have rubber bushings in them, and if so could it be that they are worn or something? (since it was so easy to straighten my handlebars)
These are the bushings I am talking about I think.
