Trying to sort the fueling on 2015 660R

Hi all,
Ive had the bike for a couple of months now and from day one Ive not been happy with the fueling/surging problem.
Ive read the forum till my eyes are sore and with so many people saying conflicting things regarding settings for Co etc. Ive decided to ask.
My bike is a 2015 with the O2 sensor, am I wasting my time changing the Co and TPS settings? Currently got them on Co - 22, TPS - 17 and still getting annoyed with it surging. Tried the Co at 18 and it cut out changing down into a roundabout.
Im running stock pipes and filter.
Am I wasting my time? Would a PCv be a waste of money with standard pipes?
I may go 2 Into 1 in the future.

Regards- Jim
