I like his vids, he's a top guy.

I've done this twice now, to two different engines, and would add that it's easier to "lock" the transmission with a rag like a dish cloth. Also 80Nm is spec but many on this forum, including me, have screwed that nut down to 120Nm.

The clutch cover, like he says, is a pita but there are marks on the clutch arm and casing that are to be lined up as you push the cover back. If it's not done correctly the clutch arm on the casing will be too far back for the cable to reach properly and to have the correct slack.

The other thing that is recommended, but is ignored, is the copper washers (4) on the oil feed pipes where they're attached by a banjo bolt.

Great visual for a common 660 problem. Nice find !
