any opinions on michelin sirac?

I am looking at possible alternatives to tourance for my XTR.

has anyone got any epxerience of this tyre?

had them on my Suzuki DR350 some years ago. They worked very good on tarmac, dry and wet. Also on gravel they perform much better then expected for such tyre pattern.
But keep in mind, that the DR is a different bike, less weight and less horses

thanks for the feedback. I am wondering about it as an alternative to tourance.

It looks it is not that popular or common amongst XT riders!

As far as I remember, the Sirac was initial equipment on some Teneres, unfortunatly not at mine. But I've been told that the Sirac performs much better than the original Tourance.

Sirac was on mine when I got it, done about 800 miles before I had to change them. Never road off road on them but seemed spot on on the roads. Just fitted some avon trekriders but only covered about 50 miles on them but so far I'm happy

maybe they were OEM fit in some other european countries.

I will put them on my shopping list at the next tyre change

Have them on my tenere when I'm on the road and I was very impressed, although don't so great on wet grass as I found out
