Hi all,



Just joined this forum as like others i'm looking at buying an xt660x.
I test rode one a couple of days ago and was amazed how relaxing and enjoyable they are to ride compared to my current much heavier bike(Suzuki GSF 1200S).
I was very close to buying an 2015 XT660X from a dealer in the south of the uk but it had quite a lot of corrosion on the front lower frame and underneath. I'll put a post up in the relevant section.
Hope to get some good information from this site and it's owners, i'm mechanically minded so the XT despite is very attractive to me with it's DIY-friendly screw and locknut valve clearance adjustment(same as my 1200 Bandit).
