Hello from Adelaide Aus, I checked out an XT660X on Saturday morning, so on the verge of buying one, yes it was sloooow and a bit surgy but I liked everything else, no doubt it will easily break the speed limits here in South Oz, got other bikes but want something that's fun at less than license losing speeds,
Gotta say it was a bit strange riding a big single after V4's an IL fours..

I'll get used to it..

Thanks guys, picked it up late yesterday afternoon, got bloody soaked but enjoyed the ride home.. I reckon fork springs will be my first mod, Yikes they have very soft front end, I'm sure my lardy arse is a contributing factor tho.. :-)
