replacements pins etc.

Has anyone come across anywhere in the uk where you can get parts to service the connector blocks such as pins? I ask as there are a few blocks on the XT that are unique such as the fuel pump blocks.

I've no issues with remaking blocks that are generic or can be cut out and replaced completely but these more unique blocks are posing a issue.

tbh if your competent to solder and remake your own connector blocks..then id suggest that you do it. At least youd know the ones you made are working and likely to last.

As above.

If you are prepared to go to the trouble of making up new connectors, then do it. There are plenty of readily available connector blocks that are much better quality than the OE Yamaha ones. You could even go for waterproof ones?

The other advantage of making new ones is that you will be able to obtain spare parts for them in the future should you need to make repairs/alterations.
