660 tenere shock linkage/swingarm bearings and headstock removal.

Hello folks. Is there anywhere that does a complete kit to replace all six bearings/seals/bushes/tubes .
I see wemoto do the swingarm kit and ebay a shock single bearing kit but I got this image from aj sutton?

And the lower headstock bearing outer casing sits flush with the frame tube meaning conventional removal is not possible, sometimes requiring a bit welded on to aid extraction. Below is a picture of the 2 legged drawer setup that will catch it. Although unattadox the central bolt pushes the arms out when screwed in and when tight against the lip knock the puller down with a drift as normal.

Hope this helps other folks with this awkward arrangement.

Just had to do my bottom rocker; as you say quite a lot of bearings and sleeves. I couldn't find any off the shelf bearings that would fit so just sucked up the cost from Suttons.

I've found wemoto do the swingarm bearings/bushes/seals in a kit delivered for under 30,which is much cheaper than suttons 112 probably plus vat price, although they don't do the tubes, which are cheap at around 6 each.
I'm doing a bit of research as all the linkage bearings/seals /tubes come to we'll over 200.
I've stripped this one and got almost all the bearing numbers (TA1720Z,TA1715Z and a hard to read one currently )and they can be bought much cheaper along with the seals. If this all works out the bill could be less than 90 as I'll probably still get the yamaha tubes.
I'll keep you posted on my progress.

Xt660z linkage and swingarm bearing/bushes/seal non dealer alternative

With the initial yamaha bill over 300 I think it's all sussed now.
Swingarm kit from wemoto (bearings, bushes and 4 seals)28 delivered.
4 off TA1715Z needle bearing, below swingarm and central linkage.4+vat each.
2 off 17x24x15 (bearing place says TA1715Z again) needle bearing with no other numbers, rear off linkage. 4+vat each.
1 off TA1720z needle bearing,top linkage.4+vat
8 off grease seals 17x24x3 or 4. 1+vat each
Above bits sourced from my local bearing shop but provisionally priced through ebay and google search.
I couldn't source the 6 inner tube elsewhere so 78 to yamaha.

So with the final bill around 150 it leaves more money for farkles.

Hope this helps someone else in the future
