I bought a 2nd hand R25 backpack which had a broken buckle.
I decided to email Kriega to ask how much it would be to fix this. I didn't hear anything for almost a week and just as I thought I might be out of luck I had a reply.
They apologised for the delay and told me to send the bag to them and they would fix it for free. Wow, Great I thought.
Sent the backpack off to them Saturday and I have just received it back today all fixed and in less than a week.
Yes their bags are expensive but the quality is fantastic and their customer service is superb.
I cannot praise them enough.
