grit around the spark plug!

I'm just wondering what methods you guys are using to remove all the grit and dirt from around the spark plug before you remove it?

It's a absolute pig trying to get the crud from behind it and dread that I've missed a bit when swapping over the plug.

Any tips or tricks?

I use an airline.

if you don't have one, try the tyre inflator in the local petrol station.

But the comment about a brush and vacuum is a good one too.

You can also buy 'air sprays' in places like Maplin, it's just a can of compresses air !
