Colour matched mudguard

Bought a cheap front mudguard on ebay. ..sprayed and lacquered it to match. But now I've fitted it...not sure if it looks right......? Steve

You know you what really need is a high mudguard. They just don't look quite finished without one!

I'm the opposite of you. I've just changed my 2011 blue mudguard for a black one as I like the way the later bikes look.

Not sure either. Maybe if the grey under the pillion handles where blue it would help. But then it's a case of luggage straps scuffing it up. Leave it on for now, sort some spot lights where the front indicators were then see how you feel about it.
Then if all else fails just go for a spin & clear your head.

(Got an early finish from work yesterday for the first time in months so made the most of it before the wet season starts)

You are lucky to have such great trails nearby Desert Racer. ..Riding through a Gum forest is on my wish list that's for sure! Great photos. And your right re the very unimportant matter of my front mudguard, I need to get organised and sort those spotlights out....trouble is any free time from work I'm riding it!. How was the new suspension on the trails. ..? Steve

The suspension is coming on nicely now thanks Steve as its beginning to loosen up a bit. Hopefully it should help me out when I mange to escape to Byfield national park, 2 hours north of me, Forrest with miles of beach & dunes at the end of it. Trying to make it a mid week jaunt as to avoid as many loony 4WD's as possible.

It'll be as close as get to something like Morocco.

Thumbs up from me for Pepsi's funky set up too!!
