Turn signals don't work in rain

Hi
I recently took my tenere for a ride in rain for the first time and I discovered that the turn signals don't work in rain. They stay on, without flashing. Anyone who knows what this come from?

I have never had this problem in dry weather

The signals are aftermarked LED.
