Another newbie
Hello all,
I figured since i'm going to use this forum a lot for technical information, i'd post an introduction message. My name is Simon and i'm from the Netherlands, i work as a network engineer for various companies. I've finally got my hands on a cheap original 2005 XT660R last friday, no pics yet. -sorry! 
I'm planning on modifying it to a motard and doing some airbox modifications + powercommander, cam etc. it's going to be a nice project! I stepped down from a 1996 ZX-7R because i used to love riding my XT600 Ten�re and had a lot more fun doing so. Definite thumphead here, no 4 cyl for me anymore. This forum has all the information i'm probably going to need so i won't be posting a lot, unless it's a load of fun on here! Custom DAM exhausts already on their way.

Here you go.. as you can see the original exhausts are gone, damn nice sound although it runs very lean atm. Need to get a powercommander asap.
