Hardknott pass - the steepest
Hi all, forgive the quality, my first bash at uploading go pro video to Youtube. My brother and I doing the pass 10 days ago. Enjoyed it and stunning scenery as you would expect in the lakes.

Great if this inspires you. Loads of other nice rides around the Lakes too. Fingers crossed for it being dry though. We were more than lucky.

My brothers first outing with his dinky GoPro 4 sessions. He had it mounted on top of his helmet which is probably not best and had to guess at the angle the weak point of such a small camera. I have never done video before so no editing on this which I'm sure will help. Just reducing the size for upload was my first hurdle. But we will get there in the end. Also I had too much fun riding the corners to bother too much with filming.

It's always an issue. I fitted a cam to the bike, mainly for evidence gathering, but it is 1080P and the quality is pretty darn good (a freezeframe of oncoming vehicles at NSL (60mph) and you can clearly read the number plate). Its a Roadhawk Bullet Ride+ and it has a small laser pointer embedded in the camera that comes on for a few seconds after power up to show you the area it's recording.
