Yellow Oxfordshire countryside

What a glorious spring day, lovely sunshine and blue sky. Absolute pleasure to ride to H Cafe this morning, even with the whole house on the back.

PS My wife had the camera so had to use my old iPhone 5. Quite impressed considering the teeny weeny little lens on there. Amazing how a bit of sun helps.

Yes another blue one like man. Not sure about his name but he replaced pretty much all his screws with titanium ones! Wonder how much of a weight saving

I must say, you'd never see me that close to a field of rape - I hate the damn stuff when it's in flower!

On another note... I don't know whether it's me, or the camera angle, but your chain looks awfully tight in the above picture?

Nice photo Jacque. ...I'm looking forward to finding some Poppy fields. I see what Pleiades means....maybe it's the angle ....worth checking! See you next week! Steve

Great pic Jacques, is that the Beta Boulder mini or the next size up? I ummed & are'd about one for an over nighter a little while ago, but couldn't tell how it would sit over the exhaust but yours looks well out the way. I ended up with a 30ltr Givi dry bag which worked out well & also managed to hook a rucksack over the ends then sits on the the passenger seat giving a nice back rest while upping the capacity to 55ltrs. The Givi bag wasn't quite as long inside as stated on their web site so had to cut an inch or so of the legs of my tripod folding stool to fit it in.

Thanks guys for pointing out the chain. Just shows what a great help this site is. It was the last thing I would have noticed. And its got to get me to Chatham on Saturday (I'm working Friday damn).
My wolfman is the bigger one, it gobbles up my sleeping bag tent and camping cot with room to spare. And well clear of the pipe. Downside is your weight is a bit high. Upside it weighs almost nothing, comes off easily and spares you the cost and weight of a frame for panniers.
