Stock bulbs or Leds?

assuming normal bulbs, first check none have blown, then are they in the holders correctly? any corrosion? then check the relay at the back, are the connections good and clean? how is the switch gear? check clean the inside it can get crummy in there and for some reason spiders seem to love it in there too.

if LEDs do you have the right flasher relay installed? or resistors? are all your connections good?

Indicators

All bulbs are good and connections are good/clean the strange thing is they work normal at high revs but star flashing fast when the bike is idling? Can't seem to work it out. It all started when i had to replace the rear indicators as on got snapped off.

Are you sure the aftermarket indicators were fitted with the correct 12V 10W bulbs? Any higher/lower wattage will cause slower/faster flashing. In fact they could have even been supplied with 6V bulbs, which will make them flash very quickly!

Have you checked the voltage across the battery terminals at various engine speeds? The regulator/rectifier unit could possibly be faulty and allowing unregulated voltages exceeding 14.0V as engine revs rise. System voltages higher than this will cause the indicators to flash faster (and the headlight to get brighter).

The alternator/charging system voltage will if it's not regulated properly.
