On the way home from the Ace Cafe today, as I was joining the A3 I saw a mighty impressive display of riding from about 5 Police motorcyclist's, on big white BMW's . They absolutely owned the road as they escorted what looked like the prime minister in a siver Jag and 2 Discovery's. Riding one handed they controlled the traffic effortlessly and at speed! . it was quite a thing to see. Steve

Last month I saw the same thing, and in the car they were escorting, there was a smiling Michelle Obama, (Barack's missus) I was walking on the pavement in Pall Mall and she waved at us.

Hi Capt Moto, it's an impressive sight, and although I've had one or two interactions with the traffic police .....!!!, 'brisk' riding, small ish number plate etc, I've always been 'dealt' with more than fairly and just ended up talking bikes!! Steve
