Indicator Bulbs

Trying to find standard rear orange indicator bulbs for my 09 Tenere. Seems an impossibility here in the states.
Anyone got a website or E-Bay link where I can order these bad boys up?

Try your nearest Triumph dealer (you shouldn't be too far from one in the US). A number of Triumphs are fitted with the same indicator units/bulbs - Street/Speed Triple, Daytona 675 etc.

Good idea but nearest Triumph dealer is about 300 miles.

OK. Try this then. $20 for 20 bulbs. you'll be able to keep a few spares!

I think I would be inclined ( if in your shoes ) to go into any auto spares place with the bulb in hand & ask to if they can match it up. Lots of Honda & VW's etc have orange bulbs for indicators behind clear lenses. Just a thought mate?

If only it were that easy. Been to O'Reillys, Ace Hardware, Walmart, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, KTM, Can-Am, Victory and an electrical store.
I can find what I need in clear but not Amber. I can find Amber but not with the off set pins. I have found some places online but they only sell in bulk.
God Bless America
I think I'll wait and pick a couple up when I'm back in the UK in a few months.
Thanks for the suggestions peeps

Buy a clear one and paint it, maybe an "Edding" pen (a red one?) could work

Or take a orange indicator glass, cut it until it fits between the bulb and the glass

Who would have thought something as basic as a bulb could become such a pest to fix? Along the the lines of Solitario, maybe orange nail vanish. I know people used to use it on faded coloured lenses to get through MOT's.
And to think you were so close to 100,000 relatively trouble free miles UKbri to thwarted by a bulb !!
All the best for the rest of your travel's.

Well to be fair the bulb is still working, its just the glass has come loose in the metal base. I know one day it will fall out so just trying prevention rather than cure
