My local small independent used bike dealer / bike workshop / tyre shop. Dead nice folks, reasonable prices, extremely knowledgeable, top banter, useful for everything from suspension set ups to career advice (really!) And they've sold two bikes for me for a good price with minimal commission (and talked me back into biking again!).
