Would anyone be able to tell me how far out the Tenere speedo reading is from what the actual speed being travelled is?
I was hoping that an Optimate power socket would have turned up by now so I could plug in a sat nav to see what the speedo is reading when the sat nav is showing 100km per hour?

My 2012 Tenere on stock ratios is 10% out, checked with my garmin as its hardwired and always on.
i.e to do 60 my speedo needs to read 66, 70-77, 80-88, 100 - 110 etc!
Pretty handy for an incorrect speedo to be that easy to calculate the error.

Thanks to you to Macca. I've been traveling around an indicated 106 - 107 on the speedo when I do find myself on the highways of 100k limits, so should prevent any Fan mail from the local kill joy enforcer's.
