new fuel tank, is getting vacuum?!

since you all bin a great resource and help to get my tenere 2013 back on the road, i still have a issue.
i ordered a 2010 tank and used my old 2013 fuel tank lock (or how do you call the entrance to fill up?) yesterday i saw my tank shrinking and there was i huge vacuum inside the fuel tank.
noticed that the 2013 tank had 2 outlets, the 2010 only one, tube is open!
i also noticed that the old tank had a extra hole under the lock. this one has a round mark (pic 2) where the orange rubber ring (pic 3) from the lock is situated.
so should i drill a hole????????
suggestions??????

ps. all other problems, signal lights and immobilizer are solved with the help of some of you, thanx
