Snow riding

Hi, just bought a second hand 2009 xt660r, I live in the snowy mountains in Australia, going for a 2 day mountain ride tomorrow down some remote fire trails. Should be some snow and ice and I will camp out overnight in my swag, only concern I have is furl usage as will be at least 120km of steep mountain trails and about 150km before a fuel stop.....any suggestions would be really great. Cheers

Do you have a rack on the back yet? One rotopax 1G will give me about 100km and I have rigged my XTZ to carry three. Two on Barrett racks under my soft panniers and one on the flat rack on the back.
