Hi all, hoping that someone can offer some advise on what may be the cause of the below.
My 2011 660R hasn't missed a beat, that is until recently...
Few days ago whilst on a ride into town I noticed a sudden deceleration whilst cruising in traffic on about 60kmhr (only for a split second), like a misfiring.
Then nothing for last 20mins there. Then on way back (after bike turned off for 15mins), happened again, and then again few minutes later, then again, then bike just died (whilst cruising in traffic).
Pulled over, turned off and back on and restarted and idled in neutral no problem. Then every time I tried to put into gear it would instantaneously shut off. Like it would if the stand was down (which it wasn't). Didn't matter if trying to get into 1st or 2nd gear from neutral - same thing.
Checked the stand sensor and seemed fine and not stuck in.
After 20 or 30 mins tried again and this time motor would stay running when clicked into gear.
So took off again but only got about 20mins up the road when same sequence of events and then just died again.
Was almost home so pushed last bit and I haven't tried again for few days.

Has anyone experienced this before?? Could a faulty side stand sensor cause this? Or something more serious. Strange that after cooling down it would go again though...

I have minimal mods, K&N stage 1 and 2, kevs fuel mod ( the one with that's adjustable, richens in open loop I thick)
