I've just ordered some of the above spot lamps and I'm trying to think where to mount them on the XTR. Has anyone else fitted these before?

I fitted mine to the indicator mounts using a homemade flat metal bracket.

Apologies for rubbish photos. They've been used for thousands of miles and they work just fine. I fitted a separate switch on the handlebars for them

cheers for the idea, I'm still waiting for mine to arrive but I've ordered the chunkier ones.

so far I was thinking to cut away part of the fork protectors and mount it off the fork legs using some aftermarket headlight brackets.
