CO Adjustment XTZ

I have posted this elsewhere but had no replies, so here we go again.
I have an 09 Tnr 660 and I have just bought a Yamaha FI diagnostcs tool from China, and can't seem to get the o2 setting to adjust.
I was wondering if Yamaha have disabled this adjustment in the ecu, and maybe there's a wire or two that have to be connected to enable adjustment?
I have removed & blocked of the air pump, have no air box snorkel(but I want one if anyone has one spare) and am running Acrapovic pipes, and want to try to ritchen the idle up a tad to reduce back firing under closed throttle/deceleration.
Some of the road bikes need to have a wire grounded to allow adjustment.
Any ideas?
