The O2 Optimizer (little black box with 2x leads/connectors) should just plug straight between the bike's O2 sensor male and female connectors (on post 2007 bikes). Never heard of anyone having different connectors? 2006 and earlier didn't have an O2 sensor at all, so don't need the O2 optimizer.

The PCV plugs into the TPS, injector, crank position sensor and has an earth lead. The PCV itself does not have a connection to the O2 sensor at all.

The Kev mod should be removed as the PCV does the same job. You will need to reconnect the wire which was cut to originally install the mod.

PS - I've moved this to the tech section. Newbies Reception Lounge is really just for hellos, initial introductions and other such social pleasantries!

Have taken the kev mod of seams to be running nice lot less back fire when engine braking.smoother power responds well . Not had chance to have a proper run but seams like a power commander 5 fitted and running for 100 again thanks for your help. Will post some photos of the exhaust when I do the baffle .as it's a bit loud for me. Am thinking about putting a perforated tube on back of standard baffle.witch to be fair don't do much
