Newbie from Downunder

Hi all, I've been watching XT660.com for a few months since I bought my XT660R 2010 in September 2014. I have purchased Kev's mod book, Stage 1&2 DNA filters and ready to buy kevs fuel mod, some cans & power commander. What cans would anyone like to recommend? I noticed MTC are affiliated.

Jeffro.

Save yourself some cash! You only need get one or the other - a Kev Mod or a Power Commander, no need for both as they achieve the same objective (decreasing air/fuel ratio).

OK - stage 1 & 2 DNA filters work great. Got the power commander V hooked up and used the m22-020-502 map - seems a bit sluggish... maybe running too rich. The PCV install guide recommends leaving a series of values unaltered 2500rpm to 7000rpm up to 20/40% throttle (I assume leave at 0) but the maps are basically all set at 9. Am I playing with fire if I change them back to zero and save as another map? Only found 2 PCV maps online.

Yes check your inbox for a private message from me and then ask Kev to point you in the direction of the more suitable map for your setup.

Cheers and thanks for joining the XT Supporters.
