Barrett exhaust and block AIS
Just fitted my new barrett single exhaust what a difference it made, I have the otr foam filter without snorkel so it has a 90mm intake and kevs fuel mod with O2 controller. As soon as I took it for a ride I could notice the difference in the lowend it now pulls from just under 2k and near no surging. However the popping or explosions u might call it was so intense LOL was fun for a few rides but I could see in just a few mins it was gunna drive me nuts. So I looked into blocking the AIS only took me 5mins I had a little round head hex bolt that was just ment for the job
massive difference no popping and the bike feels amazing. Turned up the kev mod to 8 and it goes like a rocket now happy days. Also fitted a pvc tool tube on the other side painted it up black and it looks complete.
Here's a pic of my beast it's before the exhaust and tool tube install bit will give u an idea. Have done a far bit to her so far: Barrett single exhaust Otr foam filter snorkel removal Kevs fuel and O2 mod Blocked AIS Pvc tool tube Tkc 80 front and rear Heavy duty tubes 14 tooth front sprocket Crush drive rubber mod Bash plate Engine/crash gaurds High front guard Radiator guard Yamaha hand guards Gps mount Bar risers 12v aux socket Cut down front screen Rear rack Small Tail tidy using original tail Mesh guard over front of crash bars Led aux lights mounted under headlight Headlight mesh guard Giant loop great bassin rear bag plus tank bag with tank panniers and bar bag 12 lt fuel bladder for long trips Have pulled down the whole rear end and front end re greasing all bearings. Made up a nice spares bag and very comprehensive tool kit Prob a few other small things as well Things on my todo list: Custom suspension Excel rims with rim locks Time spent without rod in hand is time forever wasted.

Looking good mate!! Although I am biased as I think out bikes are nearly twins
haha
You won't regret getting the suspension done, can't believe I waited 15 000km before I did it. Surprising how much you can fit into the GL tank bag and pannier pockets, they are awesome and rock solid. I thought I would struggle after going from the big Famsa bag but nope I can even fit a bike cover in the tank ag when I'm parked at work. Keep it up and keep posting pictures. Matt |

I also went from a famsa tank bag but the giant loop gear is amazing I'm very happy with it all. I was worried the tank pannier pockets wouldn't work but they fit beautifully . I only have 1500km on the bike lol so I haven't mucked around modding it the suspension and excel rims won't be far away, then I won't know what to do with myself besides ride and enjoy
maybe a big bore kit and PC lol I can't help myself
