Been looking on here for a while now for an XT 660 R. Ideally one that's kitted up ready for an overland trip.

The plan is to head to South America in Jan to follow the Dakar.

There used to be quite a few advertised on here when I wasn't looking for one - now there's none - typical

Probably not, but it would make sense to get a bargain bike on ebay and then kit it out as you wish from the best supplier of overland gear Metal Mule
