Hard knot pass
Brilliant photos, never new the pass was like that, but you might be pleased to know that due to lack of maintenance it's returning to its former 'glory.'

Lakeland 6
Dont know if GULG knows but the 'Fred Whinton' cycling event is on the same weekend and if your wanting to do Hardknott etc then I would not do it on sunday as your likely to have 2000 people in lycra on the road at the same time. unless your travelling in the same direction then you pretend to be 'cycling backup!'

Some people like to be lead, some like to ride their own ride, some like to ride in the opposite direction playing chicken (mentioning no names StumpyDave & SelinaXC...). You can either take a routemap and do it yourself, or join someone, or we can put something together. Your choice.

Nope, the Lycra louts (and they are, when it comes to the Lakes passes) usually have their event later in the year. B.u.g.g.e.r...... Still, Sunday is the day people head home, so we can get some decent riding sorted for Friday & Saturday.
