Can't see RPM?

Hi guys,
Trying to set my idle to 1500rpm but when I go into the CO menu to see the tachometer and then start my engine, it just continues to read 0?

Tried adjusting the CO1, then starting the engine, but nothing changes?

Am I doing something wrong here?
