Well today was my "free to myself" day as the boss was at work. I went about fitting my new Leo Vince cans. It took me all day as I had my cleaning head on too and got carried away with cleaning things that were easier to get to with the exhausts removed.

The chain was "well greased" to the point of it caked everything within it's fling radius and then some. Whilst looking round the shed I found a can of "muc off chain cleaner" I've never rated their bike cleaning stuff so thought this to would be poor too.

How wrong could one fat kid be? Bloody brilliant stuff. So good I've just ordered more!!
