My Homemade Rack
Thought you might like to see the rack I made for my xtx, I utilised the grab handles. I managed to get some newer style grab handles off ebay cheap so quids in. Still got to paint it yet.

I really like that. Suits the bike perfectly and a more practical size than the Yamaha offering.

Dmac,, thats what I need to do,, what rack did ye start off with,, what bike was it for,, an does the rack feel solid enough as its only got one part welded to one strengthenin part of the grab rails.???
I had a pal in Thurso,,,ma an ma wife went there once a month fur a couple o years... loved the roads up there.. especially along the north coast rd...cheers.. all the best when it comes....

I just had a look at other racks and came up with the design myself and made it out of stainless tube. It feels really solid but I haven't used it in anger yet, too bloomin cold.
Yeah roads are cracking up here, looking forward to the warmer weather!
