Tenere OE exhaust - anyone got one?

Evenin' all,

I'm after a second can for my Ten so I can drill out and de-cat the old one.
Would prefer to keep one just in case anything untowards happens.

Has anyone got one for sale, or know where I can get one cheaply?

Regards.

you can normally pick them up on ebay cheap enough. i did the same as you ie bought one just in case. sitting in the garage. to be honest as long as you can weld nothing should go wrong as its very straight forward.
plenty of pics on how to do it...

I've found a local guy to do it for me, will be following your pics, John.
He's charging 50quid but it will be a stainless weld.

I did send you a message, if you'd be interested...

50 is not a bad price. You sent me a message? Can't remember that. Email or pm on here?

Original can

Hey, I've got a can you can have that's already been done. I did it myself it's not stainless weld but you don't see it anyway. If you dont want the trouble of cutting one up make me an offer & it's yours! I've gone to an MTC & don't need the other one.

I'm in Watford btw.

Cheers Greg

Gents,

I've sent you both a PM on here.
Not sure why they don't seem to get through.

Greg, I'll take it!
I'm in Watford next Friday evening if I can come have a look?

Send me a PM, please. See if it works the other way round!

Cheers,

Steve.

Just to let you all know...

I bought the can from Mr Gory74 yesterday, spent the afternoon scratching my head until I finally figured out how to disassemble the entire back end of the bike!

New De-cat can installed, put the bike back together in 20 mins.

ROAR.

Thanks buddy!
