sprockets and trip prep

Hi All, Ive recently purchased at 660z and there is a possible opportunity of going doing a trip from melb thru alice spring and the up the cape and back. The bike sits on 4k at 110km so thinking of changing the sprockets to deal with the NT speed limit of 130km? Could someone recommend a solution? Also what trip prep and spares? I was thing chain and sprocket, wheel bearings (bikes done 15k) and I know the stators are prone to fail so take a spare, anything else? Any help would be appreciated.
