Tenere headers
Hi all, is it possible to fit header pipes from a Tenere to the 2012 XTX? Thought it may work out cheaper than fitting a MM 2-1 system
Any help is, as always, much appreciated, thanks

Is there enough space between Motor and frame on the x?

may be you have problem with the space under the filter box.tenere has thin and long filter box but xtx has short and fat filter box.

The 2 in 1 systems for the X & R go to the right of the motor (as you sit on the bike), the Z headers go to the left.

Thanks for the info guys, just that the idea popped into my head when I was thinking about what can be done to tidy the back end up a bit more than a tail tidy. I'm wanting (eventually) to get the exhaust pipes higher up, more towarsd the top of the frame and subframe, then get some side number boards made to cover the actual pipe. Basically, get the X to look more like a 'proper' supermoto. As much as is possible, anyway
Thanks again for the info.
